Hillary Clinton’s backstory picks up some color

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) isn’t the only one with his own coloring book: A colorful take on Hillary Clinton is on its way to stores.

“Whether you love her or hate her, you’ll color and discover the extraordinary life of Hillary Rodham Clinton,” reads promotional materials for Hillary: The Coloring Book.

{mosads}The $10 book includes black-and-white illustrations of the former secretary of State, from her early days growing up in Illinois (shown playing with a bust of Abraham Lincoln’s head as a child, naturally), to a first date at Yale University with a long-haired Bill Clinton, to chatter of a possible 2016 presidential run.

The coloring book heaps praise on the former White House resident, with page titles such as “The Hardest-Working Woman in Washington,” “The Most Well-Traveled and Well-Tweeted Woman in the World,” and “Unstoppable Ambition.”

The coloring book market is apparently big business these days. The makers of Ted Cruz to the Future are reportedly releasing a new edition because of demand for the senator-as-superhero book.
