Obama takes his time with NCAA bracket
President Obama is taking his time filling in his NCAA bracket this year.
{mosads}“I would anticipate you’ll see it before tip-off on Thursday morning,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters at a Monday press briefing, saying Obama had not finished his March Madness prep since the Big Dance lineup was announced.
The commander in chief has made a tradition of sharing his picks ahead of the annual men’s (and women’s) college basketball tournament.
The American Gaming Association estimates more than 70 million NCAA tournament brackets will be filled out this year, according to ESPN. That number is greater than the almost 66 million ballots cast for Obama in the last presidential election.
