GOP rep.’s son pipes up on bathroom break
{mosads}Rep. Tim Griffin (R-Ark.) was eyed leaving the House GOP conference on Thursday with his 3-year-old son, John, in a stroller, when reporters surrounded the pair.
After chatting for a few minutes, Griffin disclosed that he had just left because his toddler had to go to the bathroom. But John wanted to set the record straight, declaring, “I don’t have to go to the bathroom!”
The outburst elicited plenty of chuckles from the press. One reporter replied to the congressman’s son, “We don’t want to misquote you.”
