Lewandowski near ‘high six-figure book deal’: report

Two aides who worked on President Trump’s campaign are reportedly nearing a book deal with Hachette Book Group’s Center Street division. 

On Monday, Politico reported that Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s former campaign manager, and David Bossie, his former deputy campaign manager, are close to signing a “high six-figure book deal.”

{mosads}A spokesperson for the Hachette Book Group’s division potentially taking the deal declined to comment to Politico and the news outlet noted that the deal could fall through.

Lewandowski, who was fired from the Trump campaign in June 2016, lost out on a book deal last year due to a nondisclosure agreement. Publisher HarperCollins reportedly backed out of the agreement when Lewandowski refused to let the company review the agreement.
