A host of American and British celebrities showed up Saturday for the wedding of the United Kingdom’s Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle.
American media mogul Oprah Winfrey, appearing in a pink dress and broad-rimmed hat, was among the first to arrive at the royal wedding, along with British actor Idris Elba.

The Beckhams, soccer star David and singer-turned-model Victoria, also made it to the second British royal wedding of the decade, after the ceremony of Harry’s brother Prince William and Kate Middleton in 2011.
Others in attendance at the wedding Saturday were British TV host James Corden, as well as cast members of Markle’s hit USA Network show “Suits.”
Nearly 1,200 members of the public known for their public service and charity work were invited to the grounds of Windsor Castle to celebrate the wedding, according to BBC News.
A number of U.S. lawmakers also celebrated by sending their well wishes during the wedding, which was broadcast in the U.S. in the early hours of Saturday.
