Police say Texas man attacked co-worker for spoiling ‘Avengers: Endgame’
A Domino’s restaurant employee in Texas was issued a citation after police said he attacked a co-worker for revealing a spoiler related to the much-anticipated film, “Avengers: Endgame.”
Friendswood, Texas, police said the department issued a citation to Justin Surface, 33, for assault by contact after he allegedly attacked an employee at the store on Sunday, ABC 13 reported. “Avengers: Endgame” opened in U.S. theaters on April 25.
The department said police arrived at the restaurant on Sunday evening after an assault was reported.{mosads}
“That’s hilarious,” one Domino’s customer told the local news affiliate. “That just seems kinda insane to me.”

Domino’s did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Hill. Surface did not respond to requests for comment from ABC News.
It is unclear whether Surface was disciplined following the alleged incident.
Marvel Studios’s “Avengers: Endgame,” the sequel to “Avengers: Infinity War,” brought in a record-breaking $1.2 billion at the worldwide box office this weekend.
Disney said in a press release that the film was the first to surpass $1 billion in its opening weekend.
