Report: Obama eyes SportsCenter gig

President Obama might be a constant presence on the airwaves after he leaves the White House — if he has his way, he’ll be hosting a segment on ESPN’s “SportsCenter.”

{mosads}The Hollywood Reporter writes that at the end of a private meeting in Los Angeles last month, Obama jested to Hollywood executives, “At least I know what I want to do when I retire … host ESPN ‘SportsCenter’s’ Top 10 list.”

The commander in chief has remained coy about his post-presidency plans. While Obama is known to be a major sports fan, he has yet to display any knack for hosting game highlights à la the ESPN show’s nightly countdown.

A source who attended the briefing told the publication, “Everyone had a good giggle” at Obama’s announcement.
