Rand Paul tweets a workout selfie
Presidential candidate Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) went for a run on Friday and took the selfie to prove it.

Paul has been working to craft an image that appeals to younger voters who might otherwise move away from the Republican Party. That has included selling products in his campaign shop like beer koozies and using the ephemeral messaging app Snapchat.
He has also staked out positions on issues like criminal justice reform that are seen as more appealing to voters who might not traditionally consider Republican candidates.
