Sean Spicer to judge DC dance-off
He reportedly turned down a chance to compete on “Dancing With the Stars,” but Sean Spicer is now getting a shot at judging the dance moves of others.
The former White House press secretary will be a judge at D.C.’s Dancing Stars gala on Saturday in Vienna, Va., the charity announced Thursday. The annual event raises money for area nonprofits and features local Washington celebs competing on the dance floor for a championship trophy.
Spicer will judge the dance-off along with “Dancing With the Stars” cast member Chelsie Hightower and The Washington Ballet’s artistic director, Julie Kent.

TMZ reported in August that Spicer turned down a spot on ABC’s dancing competition due to an “overwhelming number of commitments in the fall.”
A source close to Spicer told the entertainment news site at the time, “He’s not a good dancer.”
Spicer, 46, resigned as White House press secretary in July after President Trump hired Anthony Scaramucci as White House communications director.
