Tomi Lahren is dressing up as Kathy Griffin for Halloween, mocking the comedian’s controversial photo shoot in which she posed with a prop resembling President Trump’s decapitated head.
The conservative firebrand and Fox Nation host posted to her more than 1.2 million followers on Twitter on Wednesday:
The look, including a royal blue blouse and fiery red hair, was similar to the May 2017 snapshot of Griffin that ignited a media firestorm.
{mosads}The 57-year-old comic initially apologized for the photo of herself posing with a fake, bloody head meant to look like the president. But Griffin — one of Hollywood’s most vocal Trump critics — later retracted her apology, saying she was no “longer sorry.”
Griffin and Lahren, 26, have a history of shredding one another on social media. Griffin has called Lahren a “dime store Barbie” and a “horrible evil woman.”
After Griffin publicly declined an interview request last month with the Fox News commentator, Lahren tweeted, “Thought maybe you’d like to defend and discuss your Trump Derangement Syndrome on the most-watched cable news network. Guess not! Have a nice day.”
In response to Lahren on Wednesday, Griffin called Lahren a “dumb, racist, and talentless hack.”
