To Nevada voters

Let’s forget the flim-flam of politics and consider the real choice facing Nevada
voters.

Do you want a senator who is the most influential senator of all who has fought
to create tens of thousands of jobs, maybe hundreds of thousands of jobs, throughout
his career?

Or do you want to elect Sharron Angle, who would literally be the least influential
senator of all, who boasts that it is not the job of the senator from Nevada to
save or create jobs for the people of Nevada?

I know Harry Reid very well and consider him a friend. As I have written before,
I have literally talked to Harry Reid about creating jobs before the sun has risen
in the morning, and talked to him about helping vets long after the sun has set
in the evening.

Harry Reid is the hardest-working senator I have ever known, with a deep love of
Nevada, and a tireless passion for creating jobs for Nevadans that is unmatched
by any other senator for any other state.

Don’t take my word for it. Ask Sid Rogich, a leading Nevada Republican and devout
supporter of Ronald Reagan, and a strong supporter of Harry Reid. Ask Bill Raggio,
Republican leader of the Nevada state Senate, who harshly criticizes Sharron Angle
for the dishonesty of her political attacks against opponents and her ineffectiveness
in the Nevada Legislature, and who supports Harry Reid.

Who do former Republican Nevada first ladies support Reid? Why are there so many
Republicans for Reid? Why do so many Nevada businessmen and -women, Republicans
as well as Democrats, support Harry Reid?

They know Sharron Angle makes dishonest attacks against her opponents. They know
she is a political extremist. They know she was completely ineffective in the Nevada
Legislature and must make dishonest attacks against her opponents because she cannot
tell the truth about how she accomplished nothing for Nevadans in any job she has
ever held.

Don’t believe me. Believe the long list of Republicans who tell the truth about
Angle and give their support to Reid.

Above all these Republicans, businessmen and businesswomen know that Harry Reid
works 18 hours a day, every day, with a tireless passion to create jobs for Nevadans
and a long list of real jobs for real Nevadans that were saved or created by his
hard work.

If Harry Reid is reelected, he will be the most respected senator, working overtime
to create more jobs for Nevadans, as he has always done. If Sharron Angle is elected,
she will be the least respected senator, reduced to saying it is not the job of
the Nevada senator to save Nevada jobs because she does not believe it is, she wouldn’t
know how to do it even if she did, and she would have no clout or respect from other
senators to get anything accomplished for Nevada.

If Angle is elected, the jobs that Reid would have brought to Nevada will go to
other states with respected senators who believe in fighting for jobs for their
states, as Reid has always done, as Angle will never do.

To Nevada voters: Do you want a senator who makes dishonest attacks against her
opponents, has little respect from even her Republican peers and brags that she
does not believe the senator from Nevada should fight to create more jobs for Nevadans?

Or do you want a senator who is respected by his peers, who believes passionately
in fighting for more jobs, who has a long list of real successes creating and saving
real jobs, and who will work his heart out, beginning before the sun rises and ending
long after the sun sets, until every Nevadan has a good job and receives fair pay?
