Congress should call Karl Rove to testify under oath
If Rove and other Republicans want to make ill-founded and hyper-partisan attacks on Obama and Sestak, it is time for Rove and others to answer under oath serious allegations of potential criminal activities on his watch.
Even the current Supreme Court would refuse to extend executive privilege to actions that could be criminal, when testimony is sought and subpoenas are issued based on credible evidence in support of them.
My advice to Rove is to stick to his knitting and avoid irresponsible accusations, and my advice to Democrats in Congress is to stick to the law, which applies to Mr. Rove and others during his watch, because nobody should be above the law.
