Senators hope to share inauguration with constituents

Sens. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) and Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) have set up hashtags for visitors from their states to share photos from their visit to Washington, D.C.

Murray also recommended a few Twitter feeds to follow for real-time information on inaugural events. The Secret Service Twitter feed is full of important information about security restrictions and suggested routes. The Secret Service is also broadcasting updates via text message.

A few other lawmakers, such as Sens. Tim Johnson (D-S.D.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) are opening up their offices on Capitol Hill to greet constituents ahead of inaugural events on Monday.
