Sen. Cornyn: Justice Department effort shows Obama admin isn’t worried about voter fraud
{mosads}Cornyn’s tweet came in an interaction with another Twitter user the same day that Attorney General Eric Holder announced the Justice Department would file a motion requiring Texas to first get federal approval before changing its voting laws.

Holder said Thursday in a speech at the National Urban League “we believe that the State of Texas should be required to go through a preclearance process whenever it changes its voting laws and practices.”
Texas Republicans were quick to criticize the move saying President Obama and Holder were unfairly singling out their state.
