Dodd ate McCaskill’s lunch for, uh, lunch

Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) was sure to thank Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) for paying up on a bet, resulting in a tasty lunch.

McCaskill paid up on a basketball bet with Dodd by bringing him some authentic Missouri barbecue earlier today.

In response, Dodd tweeted Wednesday afternoon:

@clairecmc Just wanted to thank you for the delicious BBQ and for being such a good sport. My staff and I certainly appreciate it!
