Newt’s new math

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) touted a new speech he made Friday, laying out a “comprehensive reform agenda” for the U.S.

According to Gingrich, it means “2 + 2 must always equal 4.”

He tweeted about it Sunday:

For America to be America, 2+2 must always = 4, my speech fri @alec_states on @amsol’s agenda of 21st century solutions, http://bit.ly/ij9JQ
