AP Stylebook razzes Bloomberg on SUV idling

The AP Stylebook’s official Twitter killed two birds with one stone this afternoon, simultaneously tweeting the correct style for SUVs and knocking New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg for breaking a city law:

Style tip: SUV for all references, such as for a certain mayor’s idling vehicles (http://bit.ly/FLrGJ).

The Stylebook links to an AP item reporting that Bloomberg often lets his own official SUV idle in violation of a city anti-idling measure that he signed into law.

Mr. Mayor, you got served.
