•HEALTHCARE: Alpine Group Inc. has registered to lobby for Coventry Health Care Inc. According to filings with the Senate, James Hawkins of Alpine will lobby on implementation of changes to the Medicare Modernization Act.
Hogan and Hartson has registered to lobby for the American Art Therapy Association. According to Senate records, the firm will be lobbying to secure federal funding to support the study of the benefits of using art therapy in treating veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Michael Gilliland, John Edward Porter and Kate McAuliffe Smith are listed as lobbyists, according to Senate records.

•LABOR: Former House Appropriations Committee Communications Director John Scofield of the Podesta Group has been listed as a lobbyist for Cintas, which designs, manufactures and implements corporate identity uniform programs.
