Robert Winters, former chief tax counsel on the House Ways and Means Committee, is lobbying for the New Jersey-based company.

• TRAINING. Patton Boggs is lobbying for Goodwill Industries on issues “relating to funding for job training and placement services,” lobbying records show. John Jonas, Sara van Geertruyden, a former aide to Sen. John Breaux (D-La.), and Eric Rasmussen, former aide to Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), are lobbying for Goodwill.
