Gerald Warburg, a former Democratic Senate aide; Kai Anderson, former deputy chief of staff to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.); and Christine O’Connor, a former legislative director to ex-Rep. William Goodling (R-Pa.), are lobbying to get money for forest counties and schools as part of the continuing resolution or a second economic stimulus package, Senate lobbying records show.

The Western Business Roundtable hired ROQ Strategies to lobby on energy and land use issues.

• FINANCIAL SERVICES. Barbour Griffith & Rogers is lobbying for Primerica Financial Services. BGR’s Daniel Murphy, former chief of staff at the Housing and Urban Development Department, and Brant Imperatore, a former senior counsel to the House Banking Committee, are lobbying on behalf of Primerica on housing issues, federal lobbying records show.
