The lobbying and public-relations firm is seeking “federal financial incentives to encourage and promote the establishment of a domestic advanced battery manufacturing capability,” according to lobbying records.

Bob Matsui (D-Calif.); Eric Rosen, former Senate Judiciary Committee counsel; and Julian Haywood, a former aide to current House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Henry Waxman (D-Calif.), are lobbying for the large investor-owned utility.

Winning Strategies Washington is lobbying for Garden State Ethanol. The firm, which includes several former staff members of New Jersey’s congressional delegation, is seeking federal funds.

• TELEVISION. Capitol Hill Consulting Group is lobbying for WEI/Safari Television Productions. The company wants Congress to lower fees for filming commercials and television programs on public lands.
