• RAILROADS. Compass Consulting Group is lobbying for CSX Corp. on the highway bill reauthorization. Ted Hollingsworth, a former chief of staff to Sen. George Voinovich (R-Ohio), is lobbying for CSX.

• TAXES. Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld is lobbying for United Technologies Corp.
