Gerry Sikorski (D-Minn.) and John Buscher, a former legislative assistant to ex-Sen. Carol Mosely-Braun (D-Ill.), are lobbying for the company on matters relating to the Federal Aviation Administration and the air traffic control system.
• ARTS. William Blair is lobbying for the Museum of Contemporary Art-Cleveland. Blair is seeking federal appropriations for the museum, federal lobbying records show.

• DEFENSE. Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz is lobbying for Raytheon. Mark Van de Water, a former staffer on the Senate Appropriations Committee, registered to lobby for the defense giant on defense, homeland security and budget issues.

Stephen Sayle, former majority counsel to the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Eric Kessler, former chief of staff to Rep. John Dingell (D-Mich.), are among the lobbyists listed on the registration.
• ENVIRONMENT. Crowell & Moring is lobbying for the National Alliance of Forest Owners. Ellen Steen and Stephanie Daigle, a former Senate Environment and Public Works aide and associate administrator at the Environmental Protection Agency, are lobbying for the trade group on matters relating to the Clean Water Act.
• FINANCIAL SERVICES. LaRocco & Associates is lobbying for Discover Financial Services on “banking, financial services, and bankruptcy legislation,” federal lobbying records show.
The Baptista Group is lobbying for Prudential Financial on issues relating to financial services regulatory restructuring, federal lobbying records show.
• HEALTHCARE. The Hearing Industries Association, a trade group of hearing aid manufacturers, hired Alston & Bird to lobby for an income tax credit of up to $500 for the purchase of a hearing aid, federal lobbying records show.
