• HEALTHCARE. Sonnenschien Nath & Rosenthal is lobbying for the Employer Tax Coalition on pursuing religious exemption provisions within healthcare reform, according to lobbying disclosure records.

WellMed Medical Management has hired c2 Group to lobby on Medicare Advantage. D. Patrick Robertson, a former deputy chief of staff to Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.), is lobbying for the physician-owned medical practice management company.

• NATURAL RESOURCES. Van Ness Feldman has been hired by the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning & Economic Development for Washington to lobby on “assistance on matters involving the Anacostia waterfront initiative and land transfers between the National Park Service and the District of Columbia,” according to lobbying disclosure records. • TAX. The Senate of Puerto Rico has hired Quinn Gillespie & Associates to lobby on “rum tax” and parity in “entitlement programs and healthcare reform,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Dave Hoppe, former chief of staff to then-Sen. Trent Lott (R-Miss.), is lobbying for the client.

• TRADEMARK. Ogilvy Government Relations is lobbying for Rosetta Stone, the foreign-language program, on trademark issues related to keyword advertising. Dean Aguilien, a former adviser to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), is lobbying for the company.
