Kadesh & Associates has been hired by The Nature Conservancy to lobby on “Hamilton City flood damage reduction and ecosystem restoration project San Diego Wildlife Refuge land acquisition California desert conservation,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Mark Kadesh, former chief of staff to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), is lobbying for the group.

• FINANCIAL SERVICES. Clark Lytle & Geduldig has been hired by Custodia Financial to “monitor issues related to retirement plans,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Sam Geduldig, former senior adviser to then-House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), and former Rep. Deborah Pryce (R-Ohio) are lobbying for the company. 

• HEALTHCARE. Brooklyn-based 

Revival Home Healthcare has hired Brown Rudnick to lobby on “Medicaid as it relates to home healthcare,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Lisa Layman, a former aide to Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), is lobbying for the company.

Foley Hoag has been hired by Medtronic Inc., a Minneapolis-based medical device company, to lobby on “issues relating to the FDA regulation of humanitarian devices,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Paul Kim, a former director for health policy for the late Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), is lobbying for the company.

• TECHNOLOGY. Facebook has hired TeleMedia Policy Corp. to lobby on “legislation and proceedings regarding online privacy and data security,” including the Commercial Privacy Bill of Rights Act of 2011, the Personal Data Privacy and Security Act of 2011 and the Data Accountability and Trust Act (DATA) of 2011, according to lobbying disclosure records. Justin Lilley, former Republican counsel to the House Energy and Commerce Committee, is lobbying for the company.
