Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Matz has been hired by the National Geospatial Coalition to “consult and advocate regarding funding and use of geospatial imaging in federal agriculture programs,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Former Rep. Charlie Stenholm (D-Texas) is lobbying for the coalition.

• FINANCIAL SERVICES. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has hired Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough to help with “education of House and Senate members and committees on small-business issues in the Dodd-Frank law,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Thomas Sullivan, former chief counsel for advocacy at the Small Business Administration, is lobbying for the business group.

Clark Lytle Geduldig & Cranford has been hired by Microsoft Corp. to lobby on “issues related to online privacy, cybersecurity, cloud computing and protection of intellectual property rights. Tax extenders, tax reform and general corporate and international tax issues,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Sam Geduldig, former senior adviser to then-House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), and Jay Cranford, a former senior aide to Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), are lobbying for the company.

Facebook Inc. has hired the Glover Park Group to provide “general advocacy on legislative and policy issues related to technology and Internet policy, including personal privacy, protecting children and advancing online security,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Joel Johnson, a former senior Clinton White House aide, and Mora Willens, an ex-legislative director for Rep. John Shimkus (R-Ill.), are lobbying for the company.

• TRANSPORTATION. Gephardt Group Government Affairs has been hired by the Port of Oakland to lobby on “passenger facility charge; Army Corps appropriations and operations; Customs and Border Patrol staffing; transit and highway issues; export promotion,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Kyle Mulhall, a former senior policy adviser to ex-House Democratic Leader Richard Gephardt (Mo.), and Scott Brenner, once communications director for the House Transportation Committee, are lobbying for the port.
