Peloton also hired Tai Ginsberg & Associates LLC to work on support for at-home fitness technologies. Jason Tai, former professional staff members for Democrats on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, will work on the account.

CYBERSECURITY

FireEye Inc. hired Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP to work on legislative and administrative action related to cybersecurity policy, defense appropriations and homeland security. Former Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.), and Ed Pagano, former chief of staff to Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), will work on the account.

CORONAVIRUS RELIEF

The American Hotel & Lodging Association hired Forbes Tate Partners to work on the Paycheck Protection Program, the Employee Retention Tax Credit and issues related to online booking scams. Stacey Rolland, senior adviser at the Treasury Department during the Obama administration and former adviser to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), and Jeff Strunk, former deputy floor director for ex-Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), will work on the account.

HEALTH CARE 

Everlywell Inc., a digital health company providing at-home COVID-19 testing, hired Invariant Government Relations to introduce the company’s testing solutions to policymakers and work on reimbursement and telehealth issues associated with COVID-19 tests. Annabell McWherter, former counsel for Republicans on the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee, and Christopher Gillott, former deputy chief of staff to Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.), will work on the account.

FOOD PRODUCTION

Tyson Foods Inc. hired Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP to work on issues related to food production. Former Sen. Mark Pryor (D-Ark.) and Brian McKeon, former legislative aide to ex-Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), will work on the account.

INFRASTRUCTURE 

Francis Energy, an electric vehicle charging station company, hired Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies to work on infrastructure investment issues and energy and electric vehicles issues. Patrick Martin, former legislative correspondent to ex-Sen. Evan Bayh (D-Ind.), will work on the account.
