The Information Technology Industry Council hired Tiber Creek Group to work on issues related to the tech industry. Ashli Palmer, former director of floor operations for House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.), will work on the account.

Renaissance Technologies LLC founder James Simons hired Crossroads Strategies to work on issues related to the National Science Corps and the China competitiveness bill. Former Sens. Trent Lott (R-Miss.) and John Breaux (D-La.) will work on the account.
