Medical device maker ​Siemens Healthineers hired the Tiber Creek Group to lobby on issues related to Medicare reimbursement and manufacturing of medical diagnostics. Corey Malmgren, former deputy legislative director and health counsel to former Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.), will work on the account.

Drug manufacturer Neurocrine Biosciences Inc. hired Capitol Counsel LLC to lobby on potential changes to Medicare reimbursement and push for additional government support for tardive dyskinesia patients. Jeffrey Carroll, former Democratic staff director of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, will work on the account.

Battery manufacturer Inventus Power hired Clark Hill PLC to lobby on domestic battery supply issues. Kevin Kelly, former chief counsel and floor assistant for the Senate Democratic Conference Committee, will work on the account. 

LEGAL 

The ​American Association for Justice hired LXR Group to lobby against policies that limit the rights of investors through pre-dispute mandatory arbitration contracts. Michael Canning, former senior policy adviser to former Rep. Brad Miller (D-N.C.), will work on the account.
