Feinstein’s chief counsel heads to K Street
Neil Quinter, chief counsel to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), has joined law and lobby firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, the firm announced on Tuesday.
He comes to the firm after working stints for Feinstein and the Senate Judiciary Committee since 1995. In between, he served as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery. Quinter was also elected to the Maryland House of Delegates and served in the statehouse from 2003 to 2007.

Brownstein is the third largest lobbying firm on K Street by revenue, taking in more than $12 million in lobbying fees during the first half of 2015.
Its clients include Caesars Entertainment, Citgo Petroleum, Citigroup, FedEx, Comcast, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s and Dish Network, which is in talks to merge with T-Mobile.
