Yagmur Cosar is director of communications of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation‘s Corporate Citizenship Center. She previously was a vice president at BCW Global and earlier in her career was public relations officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey.

McDermott Will & Emery named Joe Bishop Henchman as counsel in the firm’s tax practice. He previously was executive vice president at the Tax Foundation, where he worked for 14 years.

{mosads}Law firm Michael Best named Mark Yacura a partner. He will focus on Food and Drug Administration regulatory matters. Yacura was previously a partner at Quarles & Brady LLP.

Keenan Hale was named government affairs consultant at GrayRobinson. He was a legislative assistant to Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) and before that was Green’s executive assistant.

The Global Alliance for Cannabis Commerce, a trade organization for the global cannabis industry, named Rezwan Khan its new president. Khan was previously the vice president of global corporate development for DNA Genetics. He is also the co-founder of a cannabis marketing firm, Seedless.
