Rep. Marchant makes his bed (but does he sleep in it?)
An ITK spy spotted the congressman and two staffers hauling a dresser, headboard, mattress posts and end tables, along with boxes and other bedroom-type furniture, into the Longworth House Office Building last week.
{mosads} Our tipster quipped, “Is Kenny Marchant turning his office into an actual bedroom?”
Many members, especially some of the GOP freshmen, sleep in their offices.
ITK attempted to get to the bottom of the bedroom brouhaha, but calls to Marchant’s office were not returned.
