Mark Foley to host radio talk show
Foley’s first day on the air comes nearly nearly three years to the day after Foley resigned from the House in disgrace following the release of sexually suggestive e-mail exchanges he had with a number of underage male congressional pages. The Foley scandal contributed to the GOP losing control of the House later that year.
{mosads}Foley’s talk show will be broadcast by local Palm Beach radio station WSVU 960 AM and, according to a press release, the former congressman will provide listeners with “an insider’s view of healthcare as well as the inner workings of Washington.”
The best part of Foley’s new gig is undoubtedly the show’s near-laughable title: “Inside the Mind of Mark Foley.”
Listeners can tune in to the station’s website beginning Sept. 22.
