Landrieu wins her bet, gives the Saints a hearty ‘Who dat?!’

In a statement, Landrieu said, “I congratulate the New Orleans Saints on last night’s hard-fought victory. A trip to the Super Bowl has been a long time coming for the Saints and Who Dat Nation.

Landrieu noted that she won her bet with Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), whose Minnesota Vikings lost to the Saints in Sunday’s NFC championship game.

As a result, Klobuchar will have to cook and deliver gumbo for Louisianans and hand-deliver it to Landrieu’s office wearing the jersey of Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
