  • “It was an Easter miracle.”

A 13-year-old boy is being praised for his quick-thinking and life saving act of a boy who crashed his four-wheeler while livestreaming on TikTok 800 miles away.

Caden Cotnoir, who lives in Gilmanton, N.H., was watching 12-year-old Trent Jarret’s off-road live stream when the vehicle flipped trapping Jarret underneath.

“All of a sudden his phone goes kind of blank, you can see a little bit of light and you can just hear him yelling for help,” Cotnoir told WMUR90.

Cotnoir heard the boy from West Virginia shouting a telephone number, and he reacted quickly alerting Jarret’s parents of the dangerous situation. The 12-year-old was saved 20 minutes later and only sustained minor injuries, the local station reported.

“I was yelling out my grandparent’s house phone number,” Jarret said, telling the station it was the only number he could think of.

The two boys who had never met before the incident followed each other on the social media site due to similar interests, according to the outlet.

Caden Cotnoir’s stepfather praised his son for the boy’s good deed.

“He did what he was supposed to do and got the right people and it worked out. It was an Easter miracle,” Caden’s stepfather and Gilmanton Police Chief Matt Currier said.

The boys met Monday on a Zoom call.

“I’d just like to thank him for everything that he’s done,” Trent Jarret said.
