“For our 95th celebration, Macy’s has created a spectacle to remember featuring a dazzling array of high-flying balloons, animated floats, and incredible performers,” Will Coss, executive producer of Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, said in a statement.
The other five balloons debuting in the sky include Ada from “Ada Twist, Scientist” on Netflix; a new version of Ronald McDonald by McDonald’s USA; a Pokemon-themed balloon featuring Pikachu and Eevee by the Pokémon International Company; Tiptoe a Macy’s balloon-puppet, also the first balloon-puppet to be in the parade; as well as Macy’s Toni, the bandleader bear.
“We can’t wait to help New York City and the nation kick-off the holiday season with the return of this cherished tradition,” said Coss.
