Amazon countered Musk’s comments on Wednesday, saying Musk and his companies have their own history of suing the U.S. government.
“It is difficult to reconcile their own historical record with their recent position on others filing similar actions,” Amazon said in a statement to CNBC.
NASA has ceased work with SpaceX while it awaits the lawsuit’s decision, which is expected to come in early November.
