For 48 hours over Christmas, a “psycho” squirrel terrorized residents of the small United Kingdom town, residents told local South West News Service, according to the New York Post.

“I’ve got teeth marks on the top and bottom of my finger,” Sheree Davidson said. “It proper latched on and I had to shake it off. He’s taken the top layer off my knuckle. His teeth are like pins.”

Over a two-day period, the squirrel injured 18 people in 21 attacks, with some requiring tetanus shots after being bitten.
The squirrel was later captured and brought to a rescue facility.
“The squirrel is being taken to a rescue, update above, so it lives safely,” the admin for the Buckely Residents group, Carla Tel, wrote on Dec. 27.
