Trump loyalists, conservative doctors who push unproven COVID-19 cures and vaccine skepticism, and ministers are going across the country this summer on a tour, in which they’ve perpetuated false claims about the election and the pandemic.
The tour, called the “ReAwaken America,” has already had events in Florida, Michigan and other states, according to The Guardian. It is also called the “health and freedom” conferences.
Appearances include Michael Flynn, an ex-general and National Security Advisor who admitted to lying to the FBI about in 2017; MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, who has made public and baseless claims about the 2020 election; and vaccine skeptics like Simone Gold, who was charged for taking part in the Capitol riot and leads a right-leaning group that touts dubious COVID-19 cures; among other donors and high-profile names, The Guardian reports.

At one event in July, Lindell falsely said “real totals” from the 2020 election show former President Trump got 80 million votes while President Biden received less than 68 million votes, according to Business Insider.
Biden won the election with more than 81 million votes; Trump lost the election, receiving 74 million votes.
Stella Immanuel, a doctor who is a part of Gold’s group called America’s Frontline Doctors, spoke at a Michigan ReAwaken rally on Aug. 20. She also spoke at a Washington rally last year where she suggested America’s health problems were linked to alien DNA and sperm from demons, according to The Guardian.
Former Minnesota Sen. Scott Jensen is listed as a speaker. He was a candidate for Politifact’s “lie of the year” for his series of misinformation on COVID-19, according to The Guardian.
These events have also been taking place over various locations in Oklahoma and California, with Colorado and Texas in the works in the upcoming months.
