Panel: Juanita Tolliver and Benjamin Weingarten talk about the upcoming mid-term elections

While Democratic voters appear to be highly energized by President Donald Trump, Republican politicians have made an effort to get their own voters enthused about the upcoming mid-terms.

This week, however, respected election analyst Larry Sabato’s election forecasting project announced that it believed Democrats were poised to take back control of the U.S. House of Representatives this fall.

On Wednesday, Juanita Tolliver of the Center for American Progress and Benjamin Weingarten of The Federalist joined “Rising” co-hosts Krystal Ball and Buck Sexton to discuss this fall’s elections.
