Will Jawando, a councilman in Montgomery County, Md., refuted GOP concerns that mail-in ballots increase the likelihood of voter fraud.
“Countless studies have shown minimal, minimal, minimal if infinitesimal, I mean, no voter fraud happens at large scale with mail-in,” he said Friday on Hill.TV’s “Rising.”
The remarks come a day after President Trump suggested delaying the election, citing unfounded claims that votes cast by mail could be fraudulent.
