Marshall Kosloff, co-host of The Realignment Podcast, discussed Sen. Tim Scott’s (R-S.C.) Tuesday night speech at the Republican National Convention and the senator’s call for a “cultural revolution.”
“Tim Scott gave one of the best speeches last night,” Kosloff said in an interview with The Hill.TV’s “Rising,” adding that he was “likable,” “eloquent” and “didn’t have some of the weird energy that some of the other speakers sort of had.”
Kosloff added, however, that Scott’s message may not resonate with the base of the GOP.
