A new Hill-HarrisX poll finds 55 percent of voters said they approve of President Biden’s performance in the White House while 40 percent disapprove and 5 percent said neither.
Forty-seven percent of registered voters in the Aug. 4-5 survey said they approve of Kamala Harris as vice president while 43 percent said they disapprove and 10 percent said neither.
One-quarter of voters said they strongly approve of Biden as President while 17 percent said the same of Harris as vice president.
Ninety-three percent of Democratic voters said they approve of Biden’s job in the White House along with 54 percent of independents and 17 percent of Republicans.
Eighty-three percent of Democratic voters said they approve of Harris as vice president along with 45 percent of independents and 14 percent of Republicans.
The Hill-HarrisX poll was conducted online among 1,103 registered voters. It has a margin of error of 2.95 percentage points.
