Logistics: Text of the $1.1 trillion bill could be unveiled tonight, but glacial negotiations over policy riders could still delay the bill’s release until tomorrow. The deadline is Wednesday. WHAT TO WATCH AT TOMORROW’S DEBATE: Via The Hill’s Jonathan Swan, Tomorrow is the fifth Republican presidential debate and Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who occupy the same place in the Republican field, are fighting for leverage and their intensifying feud will be at the center of tomorrow’s debate. Who — debate lineup: Donald Trump will state center stage, with Ben Carson to his right and Cruz to his left. The remaining candidates will alternate out to the left and right with Rubio, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (promoted back to the main state!), Ohio Gov. John Kasich and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) (who just made the cut at the last minute) appearing on the main debate states.
