NEW POLL — WELL THAT’S NOT A NUMBER YOU WANNA SEE: Half of all voters think that Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server during her time as secretary of State was illegal, according to a new Morning Consult poll released Wednesday. Meanwhile, 27 percent say they’re not sure if it was legal or not, and 22 percent believe it was legal. Twenty percent said the practice was ethical. http://bit.ly/1TXvGlf

ALSO RELEASED TODAY: Twice as many voters think Donald Trump is honest compared to Hillary Clinton, but both score poorly on the issue, according to a Rasmussen Reports poll released Wednesday. http://bit.ly/22xUzas

It’s Wednesday, and today officially marks the start of the “meteorological summer.” I’m Cate Martel with a quick recap of what you missed this morning — and what’s on tap for the rest of the day. Send comments, story ideas and upcoming events to cmartel@digital-staging.thehill.com, @CateMartel and on Facebook.

WELCOME TO JUNE. THIS IS OUR LIFE NOW UNTIL NOVEMBER: Hillary Clinton tore apart Trump University in tweets this morning. They’ve been getting a lot of traction: http://bit.ly/22xVnfC

Trump University was a fraudulent scheme used to prey upon those who could least afford it. http://bit.ly/1RNgUJb

Trump University’s own employees described it as a “scam.” http://bit.ly/20TlZGo

Clinton also retweeted Mitt Romney’s Trump tweet: “Here’s what I know. Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud. His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University. http://bit.ly/1O5pGHW

ANYONE ELSE FEEL LIKE THE FALL IS SET UP TO ACTUALLY BE DOOM’S DAY?: Via The Hill’s Alex Bolton and Scott Wong, the two top Republicans in Congress are pursuing strikingly different strategies on spending bills this year, setting up a possible collision when funding for the government is scheduled to expire … wait for it … just weeks before the presidential election. How so: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) wants to show the GOP can be productive (bashing Dems’ dysfunction), while Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) wants to fulfill his pledge to give rank-and-file members more input. Why the difference in strategy matters: If the House fails to keep pace with the Senate, lawmakers fear spending bills will get jammed into a massive late-year omnibus package or default to a multimonth stopgap measure. http://bit.ly/1Uu2O4a

{mosads}LET YOUR FUNKY SIDE OUT: Quote from Sen. David Perdue (R-Ga.) in a Washington Post op-ed: “It is time to let Trump be Trump, and to help him win this election.” http://wapo.st/1PjHiQC

TALKED ABOUT THIS MORNING — THE MENTAL HEALTH FIGHT: The Atlantic’s Olga Khazan has a piece about getting access to therapy and mental healthcare. “Not White, Not Rich, and Seeking Therapy: Even for those with insurance, getting mental healthcare means fighting through phone tag, payment confusion, and even outright discrimination.” http://theatln.tc/25ykvo9

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: “The Berkeley report projects that the world is poised to install 700 million air conditioners by 2030, and 1.6 billion of them by 2050. In terms of electricity use and greenhouse gas emissions, that’s like adding several new countries to the world.” Here’s what that means for the climate via The Washington Post’s Chris Mooney and Brady Dennishttp://wapo.st/28316hx

HA, HA, HA, AND YOU THOUGHT THE RACE WOULD CALM DOWN BRIEFLY: Via The Hill’s Lisa Hagen, Republicans and Democrats are bracing for a busy June of primary fights that will go a long way toward determining how competitive the race for the House majority will be this fall. Numbers: Democrats would need to net 30 House seats, but party leaders think that could happen if Trump is a weak candidate. Here are five of the most important primary fights to watch: Iowa’s 1st District, Iowa’s 3rd District, Nevada’s 4th District, New York’s 19th District and New York’s 24th District. http://bit.ly/24iGKvS

FIRST ZIKA BABY IN THE U.S.: Via The Hill’s Peter Sullivan, in New Jersey, the first baby with the Zika virus has been born in the continental United States. The mother contracted the disease in Honduras. http://bit.ly/1VweSEj

AND IN OTHER ZIKA NEWS: Detroit Tigers pitcher Francisco Rodriguez told ESPN he contracted the Zika virus during the offseason while visiting his hometown of Caracas, Venezuela. http://bit.ly/1PjTxg8

WHAT IT’S LIKE GROWING UP IN THE RYAN FAM: People Magazine interviewed Speaker Paul Ryan about his family life and his children. “And then there’s his no-sweets, no-processed-foods edict. ‘I’m probably pretty overbearing about that. I’m not a sugar guy and my general rule for diet at home is, ‘If it wasn’t a food 100 years ago, we don’t buy it or eat it.” That goes for candy … and ice cream — except when he needs to incentivize performance.” http://bit.ly/283jCX6
