Former United Nations Ambassador and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson (D) said Europeans are “aghast” about the possibility of presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump being elected.
{mosads}Speaking with John Catsimatidis in a radio interview Sunday, Richardson, who supports presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, called this the “most important election we’ve had in many years.”
Richardson said he believes Clinton will get a bump in the polls following the Democratic National Convention in two weeks.
“I see her winning, but it’s going to be a very exciting year,” he said. “I travel a lot around the world and Europe, and I could tell you in Europe people are aghast at what’s happening in our presidential election. They’re, quite frankly, very worried about Donald Trump being elected.”
