Biden delivers remarks on infrastructure from swing state Wisconsin: Watch live
President Biden is heading to Wisconsin on Thursday to announce his administration will invest nearly $5 billion in new infrastructure projects, including $1 billion in the battleground state.
Biden will make the announcement in Superior. He won Wisconsin in the 2020 election, beating then-President Trump.
The event is scheduled for 2 p.m. EST.
