Bridget McGovern has joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner. McGovern was most recently assistant secretary for trade and economic security at the Department of Homeland Security.
Mike Reed, former chief of staff for the Republican National Committee (RNC), is joining Cornerstone Government Affairs. Reed held several roles at the RNC, and before that, he was communications director to former Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal (R).
The Zero Emission Transportation Association hired Rebecca Konolige as director of federal affairs. Konolige was a professional staff member on the House Natural Resources Energy and Mineral Resources Subcommittee.
Evan Bender joined the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association as a director of government affairs. He was district director and legislative director for Rep. Troy Nehls (R-Texas).

LSG added former NBC News journalist Molly Roecker as a senior director in the communications practice. Roecker was most recently a producer for NBC’s White House unit.
