President Biden on Thursday evening is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute gala celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.
Biden has headlined the event for the last three years, and he and First Lady Jill Biden will also host a Hispanic Heritage Month reception at the White House.
The event is scheduled to begin at 8:45 p.m. ET.
