Trump touts praise from Lou Dobbs on Twitter
President Trump took to Twitter late Friday to tout praise he received from Fox Business host Lou Dobbs, thanking the pundit who earlier this week called Trump “pretty close to perfect.”

Trump’s tweet comes on the eve of his 100th day in office, which the president is marking at a rally in Harrisburg, Pa.
{mosads}During a conversation Thursday with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Dobbs said Trump is “pretty close to perfect.”
“Well, he’s pretty close to perfect, Sean,” Dobbs said. “He’s worked his tail off. Still is. Meanwhile, taking care of national defense, national security and all the challenges that aren’t on the Trump agenda. I mean, it’s truly remarkable what he’s doing and the credit he’s not receiving for what he’s done.”
Trump since his inauguration has received low approval ratings from American voters, with a CNN poll this week showing Trump at 44 percent job approval and 54 percent disapproval.
